Ingredients

Lemon Juice

Olive oil
1⁄4 c
Vinegar
1 pk
Portuguese Peri Peri Seasoning
1 T
Chili Flakes

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and marinade chicken overnight in the fridge.

Coals must be very hot for the chicken to acquire the “blackened” look and taste, continue basting the chicken as it cooks.

Serve with fresh baguettes and traditional Portuguese salads.
