Butter

Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Paprika
1 teaspoon
Onion Powder
1⁄4 teaspoon
Ground Black Pepper
3 tablespoons
Olive Oil (@ Duroc Foods)

Instructions

  1. Make sure your fish is dried after defrosting it to ensure that it browns thoroughly.
  2. Combine melted butter, lemon juice and half of the salt salt in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Combine the other half of salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in another bowl. Rub the spice on all sides of the fish fillets.
  4. Heat the olive oil on medium heat in a large pan, once the oil in sizzling add the hake fillets. Cook each side until brown and is still firm in the centre. Add some lemon juice.
  5. Avoid overcooking.

Notes

Add fresh basil and parsley chopped with some lemon slices and couscous to finish off the dish.
